We are Behind Inventions, an investment group that takes care of companies in our portfolio, which we are constantly expanding. You will find companies specializing in energy management or AI with us. We help companies grow and be successful beyond the borders of the Czech Republic. We are often busy, so we are looking for a teammate, and above all, a strong addition who wants to change the world with us!
🕵️ Who We Are Looking For
You don't need 5 years of experience and a binder full of certificates from various courses. We are looking for someone who wants to dedicate themselves to marketing and wants to gain experience in multiple fields at the same time. We focus on B2B clients, both in the Czech and global markets. It's important for us to have the same mindset, enthusiasm for the matter, and reliability. If you don't have experience with all marketing tools or analytics, don't worry, we'll teach you.
We focus on content marketing, so we are looking for creators with ideas. You can write posts, articles, create materials for graphics, or newsletters for clients. Sometimes it will be necessary to evaluate data on visitor numbers or the success of campaigns. And in between, be on the lookout for what's happening on the networks, what the trends are with brands, and which new AI tools we should try out.
📝 Requirements
- Experience with managing social networks / Meta, LinkedIn
- Basic experience with graphics / Canva
- Experience with administering Webflow or WordPress is an advantage
- Copywriting skills, ability to write a post or article according to a brief
- A desire to follow trends on social networks and in AI tools
- Ability to analyze data, for example from GA4
- Flawless Czech and written expression
- Ability to communicate in English
