2021
In 2021, Stanislav Pavlín, as a founding partner of investor group Behind Inventions, wanted to create a company that would stand alongside other companies with a global ambition and the potential to change the world for the better. He found the ideal way to capitalize on his extensive experience in small and large companies and to do what he loves.
The newly formed group has been joined by 2022 Manager of the Year Diana Rádl Rogerová, technology wizard Jan Balatka and other senior managers - Petr Jeníček and Jakub Habarta.

2023
In 2023 Behind Inventions appears on the Czech business scene as one of the partners of the TOP Innovators of the Czech Republic event. The whole event was organized by Hospodářské noviny and the expert jury included Diana Rádl Rogerová. We are not only at home among innovators, new technologies permeate all spheres - for example, even music.
That's why, as a partner of the 32nd International Music Festival Český Krumlov, we decided to show visitors the future in art as well. In cooperation with Artiffine and NFT Insights, we prepared a collection of NFT digital works related to the festival programme and other examples of the use of technology for music creation.
Behind Inventions also co-founded BeInX, a forward-thinking company using emerging technologies to fundamentally transform leadership and business.
We are preparing other projects. We are interested in companies in the Czech and global markets, and we are always on the lookout for other opportunities. We are currently focusing on real estate, energy and cyber security, which we consider to be key for all of society nowadays.
What's next for us?
Our contribution lies
mainly in supporting the rapid development of projects.
We help define optimal product and solution sets for selected target customer segments and use our contacts from abroad in the networking process. We are of course also able to help secure suitable financing for such developments.
Measurable results we are focusing on include significant growth in sales, market share, improved EBITDA and, consequently, growth in the value of the company.
All our activities are guided by our core values: partnership, fairness, professionalism and social responsibility. This is underlined by our commitment to donate a minimum of 5% of our future profits to support solutions to societal problems and risks and to charitable activities.

Over time, in addition to cyber threats, he focused on analytical and forensic technologies for fraud investigation services. He then led the Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and eDiscovery division for the Central Europe region at Deloitte.
