Flowbox started with just a few employees and now boasts the title of European Startup of the Year and the Solar Impulse Efficient Solution label. Its trajectory is steeply upward, evidenced by a fourfold increase in revenue in 2022 and more than three hundred installations in industrial, administrative, and commercial buildings, including automotive companies, glassworks, foundries, HealthTech, among others. The energy crisis has created huge market demand for efficient energy management, and legislative requirements are pushing companies to increase efficiency in buildings and industrial production. Flowbox has capitalized on this, having anticipated the market and developed technology for years that now helps address the energy crisis, regulations, ESG goals, and reduce the carbon footprint.

Behind Inventions believes Flowbox will teach the world to save energy.
Companies are seeking ways to reduce consumption and emissions in their buildings, comply with regulations, reduce their carbon footprint, and excel in non-financial reporting (ESG). Flowbox offers a system with endless applications, from complete management of energy consumption in office, logistics, commercial, and industrial buildings, to industrial processes, and managing community energy in smart cities. Efficient energy management aids both economically and ecologically, a synergy highly valued by Behind Inventions. The investment is a further step confirming the declared intention to be active in modern technologies beneficial to society.

Optimization of Consumption, as Well as Comfortable and Safe Building Environments
Flowbox integrates all technologies that produce and consume energy, such as electricity, gas, water, heat, special gases, etc., into one environment and ensures their mutual communication and interaction. Heating, air conditioning, lighting, ventilation, charging stations, production technologies, photovoltaics, heat pumps, battery storage, and more are fully connected and controlled. In its highest version, it becomes an autonomous ecosystem capable of efficiently managing all flows, ensuring their effectiveness, and thus replacing and eliminating human error, which is invaluable in large plants or buildings, both financially and from a safety perspective. Just monitoring and data collection can save 10 to 15% of energy, and by controlling them, savings can reach up to 37% in electricity, 62% in water, 58% in heat, and 78% in carbon dioxide. For large customers, these figures represent significant savings. Flowbox also fulfills the goals of modern digital energy by managing the consumption of end users in relation to the control of the transmission system.
This year, Flowbox plans further significant year-over-year revenue growth, expanding the team to nearly 100 employees. Only then can they meet the demand of companies for whom the investment in this solution pays off within 12 to 18 months, often even much faster.
